Zusammenfassung
Zur Arzneiwahl bei einem grippalem Infekt wird das widersprüchliche Symptom, „Mundtrockenheit,
nicht gebessert durch Trinken“, als Einstieg in die Fallanalyse mit Hilfe des Repertoriums
der Rubrikenanalyse herangezogen. Die weitere Repertorisation sowie der Materia-medica-Vergleich
führen zu Bryonia, das sich apriori, d. h. mit wissenschaftlicher – selbstverständlich
nicht mit faktischer – Gewissheit, als Simile erweist und daher erwartungsgemäß heilt.
Summary
For the selection of remedy in an influenza-like infection, the contradictory symptom
“Mouth, dryness, not ameliorated from drinking”, was consulted for the approach of
the case analysis with the aid of a repertory of rubrics analysis. Further repertorisation
and comparison with the materia medica lead to Bryonia, which proves with an a priori,
e.g. scientific – naturally not de facto – certainty to be the simile and cures as
expected.
