Palliativmedizin: Outcome-Messung in Palliative Care – wieso, weshalb, warum?

Kann man „Qualität“ in Palliative Care messen? Wovon sprechen wir eigentlich, wenn wir von Qualität sprechen? Wie kann man zeigen, dass die palliative Versorgung das Leiden der Patienten und ihrer Angehörigen gelindert hat? Lässt sich Leidenslinderung überhaupt mit Zahlen erfassen? Wie können Ganzheitlichkeit und Individualität abgebildet werden?
