It has been a long journey for IJRI since its inception in 1947. Over the years it
has grown to becoming an Indexed voluminous journal. IJRI receives more than 1000
articles every year resulting in a high rejection rate, the focus is on new information
in imaging sciences. Often many articles are review articles to refresh the knowledge
of practicing radiologists, which can be of great use in their daily practice. Essentially
in view of these two points, high rejection rate and need for continuing education
IRIA mooted the idea of a new journal to fulfil these requirements. Thus we present
to you the new IJRI journal Indographics.
IJRI will stay as the scientific flag bearer of IRIA. Indographics will be the informative
educative journal. Hope you enjoy the inaugural issue of Indographics.
Long Live IRIA!
