Anamnese

Ein 59-jähriger Mann kommt wegen eines ST-Streckenhebungsinfarkts der Vorderwand im kardiogenen Schock in die Klinik. Im Rahmen der Notfallechokardiografie kann eine mittelgradig eingeschränkte linksventrikuläre Pumpfunktion mit Hypokinesien mittseptal und apikal nachgewiesen werden. Die Notfallkoronarangiografie zeigt drei pathologische Befunde.
