Fieber unbekannter Genese (FUO = fever of unknown origin) beim Hund stellt eine diagnostische und therapeutische Herausforderung für den behandelnden Tierarzt dar. Dieser Artikel gibt eine Literaturübersicht über die häufigsten Ursachen und das diagnostische Vorgehen bei FUO und geht im Rahmen eines Fallberichts näher auf hämatopoetische Neoplasien als Ursache für FUO ein.
