Platelet Rich Fibrin - Das Low-Speed Centrifugation Concept

In diesem Artikel wird das Low-Speed Centrifugation Concept (LSCC) für Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) näher vorgestellt. PRF kann aus venösen Patientenblut am Behandlungsstuhl entnommen werden und enthält ein Fibringerüst sowie hauptsächlich 3 weitere Bestandteile: Thrombozyten, Erythrozyten und Leukozyten. Die Weichgewebeheilung scheint durch PRF verbessert zu werden. Es gibt momentan keine Evidenz, dass die Knochenregeneration durch PRF verbessert werden kann.
