Mukoviszidose

Die Mukoviszidose (zystische Fibrose, CF) ist eine generalisierte Systemerkrankung der exokrinen Drüsen, von der verschiedene Organsysteme betroffen sind [1], [2]. Noch vor 40 Jahren war die Mehrheit der CF-Patienten vor dem Erreichen des 10. Lebensjahrs verstorben. Ständig verbesserte Therapieprogramme haben die Mukoviszidose zu einer multimorbiden chronischen Erkrankung von Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen werden lassen.
