Kasuistik einer Oxalose-Arthropathie und aktueller Überblick

Zusammenfassung

Geschildert wird der Fall eines 39-jährigen Mannes mit einer primären Oxalose (Hyperoxalurie Typ I) und Oxalose-Arthropathie. Anschließend folgt ein Überblick über die primären Formen des seltenen Krankheitsbildes der Hyperoxalurie mit klinischen Manifestationen und möglichen Therapieoptionen.

Abstract

This article describes the case of a 39-year old man with primary oxalosis (hyperoxaluria type I) and oxalosis arthropathy. In addition, it provides an overview of the primary forms of the rare disease of hyperoxaluria, including clinical manifestations and possible therapeutic options.
