Skull base dural reconstruction is a critical technique that directly affects the risk of postoperative cerebrospinal fluid leakage (CSFL). Dural suturing would undoubtedly fortify the reconstruction but be technically challenging and time-consuming. In this video, we would like to share our watertight continuous dural suturing technique, using two different types of sutures that can be tighten without tying.
