CORRIGENDUM

The authors have brought to the publisher's attention that the use of word “supraglottic” present in the above published in Seminars in Respiratory and Critical Care Medicine, Volume 32, Number 2, 115–138 (Doi: 10.1055/s-0031-1275525), is incorrect. The correct word is “subglottic.” The incorrect word has been used at four occurrences on page 126 of the article.
