Lateral Nasal Wall Flap for Anterior Cranial Base Reconstruction

    Here we present the case of a patient with history of clival chordoma and multiple resections for this followed by radiation who presented with rhinorrhea and pneumocephalus 7 years from her most recent surgery. She was found to have delayed radionecrosis of her skull base reconstruction and given that no nasoseptal flaps were available, a lateral nasal wall flap was used. This video demonstrates the harvest and placement of a lateral nasal wall flap.
