    In this short surgical video, we present a pretemporal-transcavernous approach for a recurrent atypical cavernous sinus meningioma.

    Patient already received CyberKnife radiosurgery after the first surgery (3 years before), with initial good oncological control.

    In consideration of the progressive disease, the biology of the lesion, and the neurological deterioration of the patient, we scheduled him for a new surgery.
