This 2-dimensional endoscopic video depicts the complete resection of a retro-infundibular craniopharyngioma. On approach, removal of the bony sellar face, tuberculum, and planum was performed for extended superior visualization. The dura was incised just below the chiasm, revealing the pituitary stalk in the midline. Preservation of the arachnoid around the pituitary stalk allowed for gradual removal of the tumor unilaterally from behind the right side of the stalk with maintenance of normal pituitary gland function.
