Ein 26jähriger Patient stellt sich mit einer seit 3 Jahren größenprogredienten, kugeligen Raumforderung im Bereich der Nasenspitze vor. Der Patient berichtet über eine Einschränkung des Gesichtsfeldes durch den Tumor, eine geringe Behinderung der Nasenatmung, ein mittlerweile permanent bestehendes Druckgefühl im Bereich der Nasenspitze sowie über Hypästhesien im Nasenspitzenbereich. Schmerzen oder entzündliche Veränderungen des Befundes werden verneint. Bei im Vordergrund stehender kosmetischer Beeinträchtigung wünscht der Patient eine Entfernung des Tumors (Abb. [1]).
