Erlebnispädagogische Einheiten innerhalb systemischer Familientherapien

Zusammenfassung

Anhand zweier Fallbeispiele werden erste Erfahrungen vorgestellt, konkrete erlebnispädagogische Ansätze in Form „erlebnistherapeutischer Familiengespräche” in die Sequenzen systemischer Familientherapien einzubauen. Während der stationären Behandlung wurde ein Familiengespräch zu einem erlebnistherapeutischen Nachmittag mit dem Familiensystem, den Therapeuten und den Bezugspersonen umfunktioniert und in das systemische Behandlungssetting integriert. Dies stieß auf sehr positive Resonanz, die Umsetzung therapeutischer Inhalte erschien erleichtert.

Two case reports will be presented, in which adventure therapy elements have been implemented in the context of systemic family therapy. During in-patient treatment, one family session was transformed into an “adventure therapy afternoon” with the family, the therapists and the reference persons, and was integrated in our systemic setting. This was welcomed very positively, the realization of therapeutic substance seemed to be facilitated.
