Internationaler Konsens zur Refluxkrankheit der Speiseröhre

Im Herbst 1997 fand in Genval bei Brüssel eine internationale Konsensuskonferenz zur Refluxkrankheit der Speiseröhre unter Leitung von J. Dent, Australien, statt, die im vergangenen Jahr in der Zeitschrift Gut publiziert wurde [4]. Die deutschen Teilnehmer an dieser Konferenz geben in der vorliegenden Übersicht die wichtigsten Ergebnisse und Empfehlungen wieder, zumal ein deutscher Konsens zu den Leitlinien der Refluxkrankheit der Speiseröhre durch die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Verdauungs- und Stoffwechselkrankheiten noch aussteht.
