Übertragung einer Hepatitis B-Infektion auf ein Neugeborenes durch die Mutter

Frage: Eine 18-jährige Frau (aus Kasachstan, 6 Jahre dort gelebt) hat folgende Hepatitis-Serologie: Hepatitis A-Serologie: positiv. Hepatitis B-Serologie: HBs-Ag positiv, Anti HBs quantitativ < 10 IU/l, Anti HBc positiv, Anti HBe positiv, HBV-DNA-(PCR) positiv, HBV-DNA quantitativ < 200 Kop./ml (Normbereich-Nachweisgrenze des Tests < 200 Kopien/ml). Hepatitis C-Serologie: Anti-HCV negativ.

Die Mutter (46 Jahre, in Kasachstan aufgewachsen) hat folgende Hepatitis Serologie: Hepatitis A-Serologie: positiv Hepatitis B-Serologie: Anti-HBs 156 IU/l, Anti HBc (IgG) positiv, Anti-HB positiv. Hepatitis C-Serologie: Anti-HCV neagtiv.

Beide Untersuchten (Mutter Küchenpersonal, Tochter Krankenpflege) haben keine pathologischen Laborwerte. Besteht die Möglichkeit, dass die 18jährige Tochter bei Kinderwunsch damit rechnen muss, das Neugeborene zu infizieren?
