Zusammenfassung

Die Gradeinteilung der Arzneimittelwertigkeit im Kent'schen Repertorium folgt gewissen Regeln, die nicht allgemein bekannt sind und auch nicht durchgängig befolgt werden. Daher ist eine Verschreibung, die sich darauf gründet, nicht immer zuverlässig und eine neue Gradeinteilung sinnvoll. Neue Regeln zur Einteilung in drei Grade werden vorgeschlagen: 3. Grad: 8 klinische Verfikationen aus 3 Quellen für ein Prüfsymptom, 2. Grad: eine klinische Verifikation eines Arzneisymptoms, 1. Grad: ein dokumentiertes Arzneisymptom.

Summary

The grading system of the valence of remedies in Kents repertory consists in certain rules which are not generally known and not generally applied. Thus a prescription founded on this system is not always valid. New grade rules for three degrees are suggested: 3rd degree: 8 clinical confirmations from 3 different sources for a proving symptom, 2nd degree: one clinical confirmation for a symptom, 1st degree: one documented symptom.
