Präambel

Der Abschnitt „Ernährung” der Leitlinie Colitis ulcerosa” wurde unter Einbeziehung der neueren Literatur aktualisiert. Dabei wurde die 2002 erschienene Leitlinie „Enterale Ernährung” der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Ernährungsmedizin (DGEM) berücksichtigt [1]. Der vorliegende Abschnitt berücksichtigt Besonderheiten bei Kindern, auf die, soweit nötig, in den einzelnen Unterabschnitten gezielt eingegangen wird.
