Aspekte des Dialogs zwischen Kinderarzt und Osteopath

Zusammenfassung

Kinderarzt und Osteopath haben oft Verständigungsprobleme. Die prinzipiellen Ursachen hierfür lassen sich am sogenannten "Johari-Fenster" aufzeigen. Erst wenn beide mehr voneinander wissen, lässt sich ihr Dialog verbessern. Wissenschaftliche, osteopathische Studien nach den Kriterien der Evidence based medicine sind besonders gut geeignet, das "Geheimnis" der Osteopathie zu lösen.

Summary

Paediatricians and osteopaths often have communication problems. The main cause of the problems can be demonstrated by the so-called "Johari Window". The dialogue between the two can only be improved with more mutual knowledge about each other. Scientific, osteopathic studies based on the criteria of Evidence Based Medicine (EBM) are particularly suitable in solving the "secrets" of osteopathy.

Des aspects du dialogue entre le pédiatre et l’ostéopathe

Le pédiatre et l’ostéopathe ont souvent des problèmes de compréhension. Le schéma dit «la fenêtre de Johari» en met en évidence les causes principaux. Ce n’est que si on sait plus de l’autre que leur dialogue peut s’améliorer. Des études scientifiques ostéopathiques suivant les critères de la Médicine Factuelle Périopératoire (Evidence based medicine) sont en particulier qualifiées à résoudre le «secret» de l’ostéopathie.
