Der Einsatz einer neuen CAD/CAM-Frästechnik zur Herstellung der Greifswalder Verbundbrücke

Zusammenfassung

Trotz der enormen Fortschritte in der Implantologie sind Komplikationen in der Implantprothetik nicht immer vermeidbar. Daher sollte implantatgetragener Zahnersatz stets so geplant werden, dass nachträgliche Reparaturen sowie Veränderungen der prothetischen Situation in einfacher und kostengünstiger Art und Weise durchführbar sind. Unser bereits bewährtes Konzept einer mit einem semipermanenten Zement verankerten Verbundbrücke konnte mithilfe neuer CAD/CAM-Technologien weiter verbessert werden.

Summary

Despite the enormous progress in dental implantology complications in the implant-prothetic denture are not always avoidable. Therefore the denture on implants should always be removable and by that repair or variation can easily be done. Our concept of semi-permanent cemented dentures on primary copings and implants, which proved good in clinical examination, could be further improved by a new CAD/CAM-technology. The primary coping from titanium can be milled with this system in a thickness of 150 μm.
