Zusammenfassung
In einer Übersicht wird die funktionelle Neuroanatomie des Plexus brachialis dargestellt.
Ausfallsmuster werden erörtert und neurophysiologische Untersuchungstechniken werden
diskutiert. Dabei werden Nervenleitungsuntersuchungen, Elektromyographie, sympathischer
Hautreflex und Untersuchungen der Schweißsekretion berücksichtigt.
Abstract
This survey article comprises an overview of the neuroanatomy of the brachial plexus.
Patterns of lesions are discussed. The techniques of neurophysiological investigation
are described, including motor and sensory neurography, electromyography, sympathetic
skin response and sudometry.
Key words
Conduction block - electromyography - motor nerve conduction - brachial plexus - sensory
nerve conduction - sudometry - sympathetic skin response
