Zusammenfassung

Eine 33-jährige Patientin wurde in der 22. Schwangerschaftswoche wegen eines HELLP-Syndroms in die Intensivstation eingeliefert. Anschließend entwickelte sich eine thrombotisch-thrombozytopenische Purpura, die tägliche Plasmapheresen erforderlich machte. Erst unter der zusätzlichen homöopathischen Behandlung stieg die Thrombozytenzahl kontinuierlich an, so dass die Patientin letztendlich gesund entlassen werden konnte.

Summary

The patient, 33 years old, female, was admitted to intensive care in her 22nd week of pregnancy because of a HELLP syndrome. Subsequently a thrombotic-thrombocytopenic purpura developed, which necessitated daily plasma separations. Only under an additional homeopathic therapy thrombocytes increased and the patient recovered.
