Duloxetin bei Cotard-Syndrom

Das 1880 von Jules Cotard erstmalig beschriebene und nach ihm benannte Syndrom wird als Ausdruck eines nihilistischen Wahns bzw. einer schweren Depersonalisation aufgefasst und vorwiegend bei Personen im vorgerückten Alter gefunden [[1]]. Wir berichten im Folgenden über das Cotard-Syndrom bei einer depressiven Patientin im Alter von 79 Jahren.
