Definition

Im Zusammenhang mit Aortenerkrankungen wird die Hybridtherapie als eine Kombination von offener chirurgischer Behandlung mittels Prothesenersatz und endovaskulärer Stentimplantation bezeichnet. Die beiden Behandlungsmodalitäten können entweder einzeitig oder in zwei zeitlich getrennten Interventionen durchgeführt werden.
