Abstract

We describe a very uncommon case of gastric duplication with heterotopic pancreas suggested by an acute pancreatitis and complicated by pseudocyst formation. Diagnostics, hypothesis and management are discussed.

Zusammenfassung

Wir beschreiben den außergewöhnlichen Fall einer Magenduplikatur mit einer Pankreasheterotopie, die sich durch eine akute Pankreatitis mit Ausbildung einer Pseudozyste komplizierte. Die differentialdiagnostischen Überlegungen und die Behandlung werden diskutiert.
