Abstract

Duplication of urethra is very rare. The duplicated urethra is always dorsal to the normal urethra which contains the sphincteric mechanism. A case is reported of urethral duplication where the duplicated urethra presented as a sinus on the dorsum of the penis.

Zusammenfassung

Duplikaturen der Urethra sind sehr selten. Dabei liegt die gedoppelte Urethra immer dorsal der normalen Urethra, welche den Schließmuskelapparat besitzt. Es wird ein Fall einer Urethralduplikatur vorgestellt, wobei die gedoppelte Urethra sich als Sinus auf dem Penisrücken darstellt.
