Die Kanülenführung bei der Shuntpunktion kann sich an einer subjektiven inneren Bildgebung
(Imagination) oder objektiven äußeren Bildgebung (B-Bild) orientieren. Bei Problemshunts
sollte die äußere Bildgebung bevorzugt werden. Für einen komplett thrombosierten Shunt
gibt es keine Punktionsindikation.
The guidance of the cannula during av-shunt puncture can be orientated by subjective
imagination after examination of the av-shunt anatomy or by objective visual image
(ultrasound). In problematic av-shunts, the routine use of ultrasound should be preferred.
There is no indication for puncture of a completely thrombosed shunt vein.
