Präklinische Notfälle – Toxikologie des vegetativen Nervensystems

Intoxikationsnotfälle können, auch bei initial fehlender oder geringer Symptomatik, mit einer vitalen Bedrohung einhergehen. Die präklinische Erstversorgung erfolgt zumeist symptomorientiert. Dieser Beitrag stellt das Vorgehen bei Intoxikation mit Kokain, Amphetamin, Ketamin, Betablockern und trizyklischen Antidepressiva vor.
