This study assessed the effectiveness of mesenchymal stem cell culture supernatant (MSC-CS) in preventing luminal strictures after circumferential colorectal endoscopic submucosal dissection in swine. The degree of luminal stricture in the rectum was significantly lower in the MSC-CS group than in the control group.
