Andre Ignee et al. Endoscopic ultrasound elastography of small solid pancreatic lesions: a multicenter study

This retrospective study of 218 patients indicates that qualitative endoscopic ultrasound elastography can reliably rule out pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) in patients with solid pancreatic masses of 15 mm or less in size. The negative predictive values of elastography for the diagnosis of PDAC and malignancy in general were 98 % and 89 %, respectively.
