The Portuguese Society of Endoscopy (SPED) has organized in this early spring its first course with transmission of live endoscopic cases: the SPED.live. The course had some groundbreaking aspects in the portuguese endoscopic milieu, since it was a joint-venture between two distinct medical institutions: Hospital S. João and the Portuguese Institute of Oncology (IPO Porto) and was streamed online through a dedicated YouTube channel.
