Menschen mit einer Verletzung, Erkrankung oder chronischen Schmerzen sind häufig erschöpft und haben kaum Energie, um sich auf Übungen oder Verhaltensänderungen einzulassen. Daher entwickelten Ergotherapeutinnen aus der Schweiz auf der Grundlage von Resilienz den Mini-AktivitätenAnsatz. Die kurzen Aktivitäten geben mehr Energie, als sie kosten, und tun einfach gut.
