Die primäre Radiusfrakturprothese bei nicht rekonstruierbaren osteoporotischen distalen Radiusfrakturen

Zusammenfassung

Der Artikel beschreibt die Anwendung der Cobra-Prothese zur Verwendung bei nicht-rekonstruierbaren distalen Radiusfrakturen. Es wird deren Einbau samt Fallballspiel dargestellt. Zudem wird die aktuelle Datenlage in der Literatur erörtert.

Abstract

The mansucript describes the application of the cobra prothesis for the use in non-reconstructable distal radius fracturs. It explains the surgical technqiue and gives a case example. Additionally, the current data in the literature is discussed.
