Anatomie der V. saphena accessoria anterior

Die V. saphena accessoria anterior (VSAA) stört die Patienten insbesondere wegen ihres auffälligen schlängelnden Verlaufs an der Oberschenkelvorderseite. Die anatomischen Besonderheiten der VSAA beeinflussen die hämodynamischen Varianten ebenso wie die klinischen Manifestationen und sollten bei der Festlegung der Behandlungsstrategie berücksichtigt werden. Exemplarisch werden 2 klinische Fälle vorgestellt.
