Jad Farha et al. Endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty: suturing the gastric fundus does not confer benefit

The outcomes of endoscopic sleeve gastroplasty (ESG) with or without suturing of the fundus were retrospectively compared. It appears that ESG without fundal suturing is preferable to ESG with suturing owing to better weight loss outcomes and the shorter procedure duration.
