ZUSAMMENFASSUNG

Wiederkehrende Kopfschmerzen zählen bei Kindern und Jugendlichen zu den häufigsten Beschwerden und manifestieren sich am häufigsten als Migräne und Spannungskopfschmerz. In diesem Artikel werden die Epidemiologie, Differenzialdiagnose, das klinische Bild, Auslöser, Begleiterkrankungen und Therapie mit Schwerpunkt auf Migräne vermittelt und geschlechtsspezifische Unterschiede wie auch altersspezifische Besonderheiten dargestellt.

ABSTRACT

Recurring headaches are among the most common complaints in children and adolescents and most often manifest as migraines and tension-type headaches. This article summarizes the epidemiology, differential diagnosis, clinical characteristics, trigger factors, comorbidities and therapy, it focuses on migraine, and presents gender-specific differences as well as age-specific peculiarities.
