Zusammenfassung

Ziel Lagerungsschäden sind relativ häufige und forensisch hochrelevante Komplikationen nach gynäkologischen Operationen. Ziel der vorliegenden offiziellen AWMF-S2k-Leitlinie ist es, auf Basis der verfügbaren aktuellen Literatur interdisziplinär und professionell abgestimmte Statements und Empfehlungen zur Vermeidung lagerungsbedingter Schäden zu geben.

Methoden Auf Basis der abgelaufenen S1-Leitlinie aktualisierte systematische Literaturrecherche und Review der relevanten Publikationen zwischen Februar 2014 bis März 2019. Erstellung und Abstimmung von Statements durch Expertengruppe.

Empfehlungen Es werden allgemeine und spezifische Empfehlungen zur Vermeidung, Diagnostik und Therapie lagerungsbedingter Schäden gegeben.
