10.1055/a-1949-7730Pancreatic cystic neoplasms (PCN) affect up to 5 % of the general population, with a relative prevalence increase in recent decades, mostly due to increased life-expectancy and the improvements in the diagnostic potential and widespread availability of cross-sectional imaging [1] [2].
