Behandlung des männlichen chronischen Beckenschmerzsyndroms (CBSS)Zusammenfassung
Das männliche chronische Beckenschmerzsyndrom stellt ein häufiges Syndrom dar, das noziplastisch bedingt sein kann. Im Rahmen einer osteopathischen Behandlung erweist sich der biopsychosoziale Struktur-Funktions-Ansatz von zentraler Bedeutung. In diesem Fallbeispiel werden die konkrete Umsetzung und mögliche Therapieansätze dargestellt. Die Behandlung führte zu einer signifikanten Verbesserung der Schmerzen, der Miktionssymptomatik und der Lebensqualität.
