Der Beitrag gibt eine Einführung in das Thema Terminologie und stellt das biopsychosoziale
Gesundheitsmodell der ICF als einen theoretischen Bezugsrahmen für hörbezogene Gesundheitsprobleme
vor.
Abstract
To describe health problems, terminology can have a crucial impact for processes of
identification, coping or rehabilitation treatment, as in aural rehabilitation. This
article introduces the topic of health terminology and the biopsychosocial health
model of the ICF as theoretical framework to describe hearing related health problems
differentiatedly. Different terms get defined according to the ICF and afterwards
terms get applied to the concept of shared decision making in aural rehabilitation.
