Summary
The authors diagnosed endobronchial lymphogranulomatosis causing severe tracheal and bronchial stricture in a 39-years-old patient of known progressive mediastinal lymph node affection since six years. Treatment with X-ray, Endoxan and Degranol effected a significant improvement, verified with roentgenogram, and endoscope; the bronchial stricture resolved and the patient became free of symptoms and complaints.
Zusammenfassung
Bericht über eine endobronchiale Lymphogranulomatose, die zu einer hochgradigen Tracheal- und Bronchialstenose geführt hatte, bei einem 39jährigen Patienten mit 6jähriger Mediastinallymphknotenanamnese. Behandlung mit Röntgenstrahlen, Endoxan und Degranol führte zu einer signifikanten röntgenologischen und endoskopischen Besserung der Stenose und weitgehender Beschwerdefreiheit.
