Summary

With modern gastroenterological methods (gastroscopy, laparoscopy, X-ray double contrast) the impressive intravital demonstration of metastases of a malignant melanoma of the stomach and of lymph nodes of the major omentum was successful.

Zusammenfassung

Mit modernen gastroenterologischen Methoden (Gastroskopie, Laparoskopie, Röntgen-Doppelkontrastverfahren) gelang die eindrucksvolle intravitale Objektivierung von Metastasen eines malignen Melanoms im Magen und in Lymphknoten des Omentum majus.
