Summary

A case of a diffuse transmural infiltrating gastrointestinal metastasis of breast cancer in an eighty years old woman is reported. It is shown that endoscopy, along with biopsies can only provide a descriptive result.

Zusammenfassung

Es wird über eine diffus intramural infiltrierende gastrointestinale Metastasierung eines Mammakarzinoms bei einer 80jährigen Frau berichtet. Die endoskopische Untersuchung mit Probeexzisionen kann bei derartigen Fällen nur deskriptive Befunde erbringen.
