Einleitung
Bei Patienten mit schmerzlosem Ikterus und Nachweis einer Raumforderung im Bereich des Pankreaskopfes in der bildgebenden Diagnostik muss eine maligne Genese stets erwogen werden. Aufgund der weitreichenden Konsequenzen sollte dabei insbesondere an ein duktales Adenokarzinom des Pankreas gedacht werden. Wir berichten von einem jungen Patienten, der sich wegen eines akut aufgetretenen schmerzlosen Ikterus unklarer Ursache bei uns vorstellte.
