Zusammenfassung
Die Möglichkeit, Homöopathie als vertragsärztlicher Haus- und Familienarzt auszuüben,
hat sich seit Einführung der Verträge zur integrierten Versorgung deutlich verbessert.
Zwar gibt es Begrenzungen, wie z. B. den limitierten Zeitaufwand der Erstanamnese
und des zugehörigen Honorarbetrags, dennoch kann nach sechsjähriger Erfahrung mit
den Verträgen ein positives Fazit gezogen werden. Hier sollen jedoch nicht die Höhe
der Honorare für die Erst- und Folgeanamnese, die Analyse und die Repertorisation
erörtert werden, sondern der inhaltliche Aspekt der integrierten Versorgung im Sinne
der Homöopathie und der Behandlung chronischer Krankheiten.
Summary
Since the introduction of contracts for integrated health care with homeopathy possibilities
to practice homeopathy for general practitioners and family doctors within the health
security system have been clearly improved. Though there are limitations, as for example
the limited time expense for the first case taking and the attributed fee, nevertheless
the conclusions to be drawn from six years of experience are positive. However, nor
fees for first case taking and follow up, analysis and repertorisation shall be discussed,
but the aspect of quality evolving from integrated care for homeopathy itself and
the treatment of chronic diseases.
