Zusammenfassung

Dieser Fallbericht beschreibt den Einfluss von Manipulationen des zervikothorakalen Übergangs kombiniert mit Mobilisation unter Bewegung bei einem 51-jährigen Patienten mit Epicondylopathia medialis humeri.

Die 12-wöchige Behandlung mit 10 Einheiten Manipulationen in Kombination mit Mobilisation unter Bewegung und Übungen verbesserte den Schmerz, die Greifkraft und die Aktivitäten des Patienten.

Abstract

This case report describes the influence of manipulation to the cervico-throracic junction combined with mobilisation with movement and exercise in a 51-year old patient with medial epicondylopathy.

The treatment, lasting 12 weeks with 10 sessions of manipulation accompanied by mobilisation with movement and exercises as well as advice, improved the patient’s pain, grip strength and activities.
