Zusammenfassung

Die Rehabilitation beinhaltet das koordinierte interdisziplinäre therapeutische Vorgehen mit einem ganzheitlichen Ansatz zur Reintegration der betroffenen Personen ins All-tagsleben. Zusätzlich zur strukturellen Diagnostik werden die Funktionsfähigkeit, die Aktivitäten und die Partizipation im Alltag sowie die umweltbezogenen und persönlichen Kontextfaktoren in den Therapieprozess einbezogen. Tests zur Funktionsdiagnostik und einfache prognostische Hinweise bezüglich der Wiedererlangung der Arbeitsfähigkeit sowie therapeutische Möglichkeiten werden vorgestellt.

Summary

Rehabilitation consists of a coordinated interdisciplinary approach to reintegrate affected persons into every day’s life. In addition to the structural changes, the functional abilities, activities, and participation as well as personal and environmental factors are included into the therapeutic process. In this paper functional diagnostic tests and easy to perform tests predictive for no-return to work, as well as therapeutic options are presented.
