Zusammenfassung
Im Rahmen eines vom BMBF geförderten Projektes wird in den Jahren 2011 bis 2014 ein
Onlinekurs “Prävention von sexuellem Kindesmissbrauch” entwickelt, erprobt und evaluiert.
Zielgruppe des Kurses sind Personen aus dem pädagogischen sowie medizinisch- psychotherapeutischen
Ausbildungsund Arbeitsumfeld. In zwei Testkursen erwerben bundesweit über 2 000 Teilnehmende
eine Basisqualifikation zur Thematik. Im Rahmen des Onlinekurses erhalten die Teilnehmenden
das Lehrmaterial in Form von Lehrbriefen, Filmmaterial sowie Fallbeispielen und Übungen.
Das begleitende Forschungsdesign untersucht die Wirksamkeit didaktischer Lernsettings
auf den Lernerfolg, die Wirkung auf handlungsbezogene Präventions- und Interventionsbefähigung
der Teilnehmenden sowie die Qualität, Relevanz und Machbarkeit eines Onlinekurses.
Erste Auswertungen der Ergebnisse zeigen eine große Zufriedenheit der Teilnehmenden
mit den bereit gestellten Lernmaterialien und dem Onlinekurs an sich. E-Learning kann
als webbasiertes Lernmedium zum Thema “Prävention von sexuellem Kindesmissbrauch”
eine gute Möglichkeit zur Aus-, Fort- und Weiterbildung sein.
Summary
Funded by the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF), an online
course “prevention of sexual child abuse” is being developed, tested and evaluated
from 2011 until 2014. Target groups of the course comprise staff and trainees/ students
in the educational and medical-psychotherapeutic field. At present, over 2 000 participants
within 2 test courses gain basic qualifications regarding the subject. In the context
of the online course the participants have access to learning material in form of
e-books, video clips as well as case studies and practical exercises. The accompanying
research design explores the efficacy of different didactic learning settings on learning
success, the effect on practical competences in prevention and intervention of the
participants and the quality, relevance and feasibility of an online course. First
analyses of the results show a high satisfaction of the participant with the provided
learning materials and the online course itself. Thus, e-learning can constitute a
good possibility for vocational education and training, also in the field of “prevention
of sexual child abuse”.
