Zugänge zum vorderen Beckenring

Zusammenfassung

Die Inzidenz von operativ versorgungspflichtigen Beckenverletzungen steigt in den letzten Jahren vor allem bei älteren Patienten. Die Kenntnis aller anwendbaren Zugangsmöglichkeiten und die richtige Indikationsstellung für den operativen Zugang ist für den Operateur unerlässlich. In diesem Artikel werden die häufigsten ventralen Zugänge zum Beckenring und zum Azetabulum beschrieben.

Abstract

The incidence of pelvic ring injuries to elderly patients which require surgical treatment has increased steadily in the past few years. The surgeon must be aware of all possible approaches to the pelvic ring and the acetabulum, as well as the right indication for each approach. In this article, we outline the most common approaches to the anterior and the anterolateral pelvic ring as well as the anterior approaches to the acetabulum.
